Sristi Foundation is a non-profit organization based in rural Tamil Nadu, India founded in 2013 with a deep commitment to improving the lives of children and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. At Sristi, we believe every individual deserves the chance to live a life of dignity, independence, and purpose. Our work is rooted in the understanding that people with disabilities often face exclusion, neglect, and many disadvantages that limit their ability to participate fully in society. Our dream is to build a society where no one is left behind and where people with disabilities are not only cared for but empowered to thrive on their merit.
